reporting abuse
Day One Learning Center staff is required by Colorado law to report any child abuse, child battering, child molesting, or child neglect. If a staff member has a reasonable cause to believe that a child has been subject to abuse or neglect or has observed the child being subjected to circumstances or conditions that would reasonably result in abuse or neglect, the staff member shall report or cause a report to be made to the Department of Social Services or a law enforcement agency.
